Privacy Policy
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Smash_Bash may collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you play the game, sign in, make purchases, use cloud saves, receive daily rewards, or watch rewarded ads. Practices may vary by region based on law, consent choices, device settings, and service availability.
2. Responsible Party
The app operator is responsible for the game's privacy practices. Some services used by the game, including Apple, Google, Firebase, AdMob, and StoreKit, may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Their systems may be independent from the app operator.
3. Gameplay Data
The app may store gameplay data such as current level, unlocked levels, coins, lives, boosters, dragon unlocks, bonus progress, daily reward history, rewarded-ad reward history, purchases applied, settings, language-related display choices, and timestamps needed to run timers or prevent duplicate rewards.
4. Account and Sign-In Data
If you use Apple or Google sign-in, the app may receive provider identifiers, authentication tokens needed by Firebase Auth, linked provider status, and limited account information made available by the provider. The app uses this to connect your save to an account, restore progress, prevent duplicate account conflicts, and sync profile data.
5. Purchase Data
Purchases are processed by Apple. The app may receive StoreKit transaction information needed to verify and apply purchases, prevent duplicate grants, restore eligible purchases, troubleshoot purchase issues, and maintain virtual balances. The app does not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
6. Ads, Consent, and Device Identifiers
Rewarded ads may be provided through Google AdMob and related Google SDKs. Depending on your region and choices, ad services may use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from network information, consent signals, app activity, diagnostics, and ad interaction data. The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform where required to request consent or show privacy options before requesting ads.
7. App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, the app may ask for App Tracking Transparency permission where required before allowing certain ad tracking. If you decline, ads may still appear, but they may be limited or less personalized depending on region, consent settings, and ad provider behavior.
8. Cloud Storage and Firebase
Firebase may be used for authentication and cloud profile storage. Data stored in Firebase may include your user identifier, linked provider state, profile progress, inventory, lives, coins, rewards, timestamps, and sync metadata. Firebase data may be processed by Google and stored on servers outside your country.
9. Local Storage
The app may use local device storage, including UserDefaults or similar storage, for guest saves, settings, timers, cached state, ad consent signals, and gameplay continuity. Deleting the app, clearing device data, changing devices, or using guest mode may remove local data.
10. How Data Is Used
Data is used to operate gameplay, save and restore progress, manage accounts, apply purchases, grant rewards, prevent fraud and duplicate grants, display ads where permitted, comply with law and store rules, improve stability, troubleshoot issues, protect services, and communicate important app notices.
11. Sharing
Data may be shared with service providers needed to run the app, including Apple, Google, Firebase, AdMob, StoreKit, authentication providers, analytics or diagnostics tools if added later, hosting providers, legal advisors, government authorities where required, and successors if the business or app is transferred. The app does not sell virtual progress as real-world property.
12. International Transfers
Because the app is released worldwide and uses global technology providers, data may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different privacy laws than your country. Where required, service providers are expected to use legal transfer mechanisms or safeguards.
13. Retention
Data is kept as long as needed to provide the game, maintain saves, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and support purchases. Guest data may remain only on the device until removed. Cloud data may remain until deleted, overwritten, or no longer needed.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, including California, the EEA, the UK, Brazil, Canada, and other regions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data. You may also have rights to opt out of certain sharing, targeted advertising, or sale-like processing. Use device settings, in-app privacy choices where available, provider controls, or app support to make requests.
15. California Notice
California residents may have rights under California privacy laws to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses of personal information. The app may collect identifiers, commercial information, internet or app activity, approximate location, and inferences through service providers for the purposes described above. The app does not knowingly sell personal information for money.
16. Children's Privacy
The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law without appropriate consent. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact app support so reasonable steps can be taken.
17. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data, but no app, device, network, cloud service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for your device security and account credentials.
18. Choices and Controls
You can use guest mode, sign in with supported providers, manage ad consent where shown, change iOS tracking permissions in Settings, mute audio or haptics, delete the app, use provider account tools, or contact app support. Some choices may reduce functionality, prevent cloud restore, or limit ad rewards.
19. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the app, laws, App Store requirements, ad systems, or service providers change. If material changes are made, the app may request acceptance again or present updated notices.
